| Since its inception, Ruegy’s Readers has been devoted to the kids of Green Bay’s Elmore Elementary School and has proven to be a success. According to Dr. Kathy Tillo, Elmore’s principal, “Mr. Ruegamer has had a positive influence on the students of Elmore School. Attendance has improved and the tardiness has decreased as a result of his programs. Teachers have reported that there has been a decrease in the number of late assignments.” | |||
