Grey wanted to make a difference in the education of young people. Based upon this desire, Grey founded Ruegy’s Readers in 2003. The mission of Ruegy’s Readers is to create well-rounded students through literacy by providing additional support to public and private elementary school libraries. Our hope is that this new program will encourage kids to read more, will increase the utilization of a school’s library, and will emphasize the significance of reading as a lifelong skill.
